Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Minimum 1 – 3 years of proven working experience in Brand Specialist, KOL Specialist, Digital Marketing, or a similar role, working experience from agencies is preferred
- Strong understanding of social media trends & landscapes as well as campaign metrics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and extract actionable insights
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
Responsibilities
- Execute community & KOL campaigns in alignment with project timelines and objectives
- Monitor and manage relationships with the community and KOLs to ensure timely delivery of campaign requirements and achieve optimal results.
- Maintain existing KOL relationships and actively invite new KOLs to join Home Tester Club.
- Analyze campaign data and current trends and manage community relationships to provide insights for enhancing engagement within HTC’s community.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute strategic plans aimed at maintaining community retention and strengthening brand presence.
