• Candidates must possess at least bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related fields
• Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience in media industry, advertising, marketing strategy or related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and sales strategies.
• Results-driven and goal-oriented.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Having knowledge in FMGC products is a must.
• Fluent in English.

• Responsible for managing and leading sales group by providing strategic sales plans.
• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients.
• Analyze sales data and report results to management.
• Lead and manage the sales team to ensure high performance.
• Monitoring the team’s sales performance and addressing issues when necessary.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including campaign coordinator and community team, to align sales efforts with overall company goals.
