Requirements

- Candidates must possess at least bachelor’s degree in management or other related degrees (master’s degree is a plus)
- Minimum 5 years of proven working experience in media industry, advertising, marketing strategy or related field
- Experienced in leading a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual
- Strong leadership abilities
Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing and leading sales team by providing a strategic sales plan.
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Identifying new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Presenting the benefits and features of the company's products or services to potential customers, and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Monitoring the team's sales performance and addressing issues when necessary.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including campaign coordinator and community team, to align sales efforts with overall company goals.
