PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk (Emtek Holding) is searching for a potential professional in the field of SEO to join Home Tester Club, one of Emtek's subsidiaries. Home Tester Club (HTC) is an online community of shoppers who test products and share reviews to help fellow shoppers buy better.

• Bachelor’s degree of any major
• 2-3 years’ experience in SEO (experienced implementation SEO in website) or Digital Marketing
• Active English proficiency
  
• Have knowledge of SEO and how it applies to content marketing
• Copywriting skill (In English and Bahasa Indonesia); Proofreading and Editing
• Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills
• Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• Knowledge of data analysis and report writing
  
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)

The incumbent will be hired with below responsibilities:

• Plan, develop and implement SEO strategy
• Track, report, and analyze website analytics and campaigns
• Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies
• Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
• Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
• Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations and analyze competitor advertising links
• Develop and implement link building strategy
• Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
• Work with Operations teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
• Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
