Requirements
- Bachelor Degree from any major.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field, preferably from digital media industry.
- Have strong direct partnership instead of agency partnership.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership and negotiation skills.

- Making 'pitches' to win new business.
- Negotiating with clients, solving any problems and making sure deadlines are met.
- Checking and reporting on the campaign's progress
