Requirements
- S1 in building science or relevant field (civil engineering, architecture)
- In-depth understanding of construction procedures,material and project management principles
- Experience working in construction management consultants would be an advantage
- Familiarity with quality,health and safety standards
- Familiarity with construction/ project management software
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- A team player with leadership abilities
Responsibilities
- Planning and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish.
- Organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
