Requirements
- S1 from Law major, min GPA 3.00
- Have minimum 5 years of solid experience as corporate legal
- Advance in using Ms. Office, proficient in English
- Have strong knowledge about LKPM & PMA
Responsibilities
Brief Jobdesc:
1. Familiar in handling legal and corporate documents, including reviewing and maintaining the good records of such documents;
2. Having exposure in providing legal opinion as well
3. Handling and managing licenses / permits, including but not limited to Building Permit (IMB), Company Registration Certificate (TDP), Investment Activities Report (LKPM), and other corporate / individual licenses/permits.
4. Having deep knowledge on civil law (especially contract law) and manpower law.
