Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as an organizational development specialist.
- Extensive knowledge of skills development and capacity building strategies.
- KPI and performance implementation experience.
- Has experience on organization effectiveness & productivity.
Responsibilities
- Develops and designing the overall strategy and implementation of a organization structure, talent management program, including career development and succession planning.
- Supports the performance review and performance management process, including conducting research on best practices and developing tools and instruments.
- Consulting with the each of Unit Head department to guide the utilization and development.
- Measuring the impact of interventions on staff performance, efficiency, employee retention, and job satisfaction.
- Documenting processes and presenting progress reports to executives and senior managers.
